Innovation

Security is our core business and our motto. At Oberthur Fiduciaire, we are constantly extending the performance of our products by improving their quality and traceability in order to ensure the highest level of protection against counterfeiting.

Our R&D team works very closely with our sales teams to anticipate our customers’ needs. Our strategy is project oriented in order to offer our customers tailor made solutions and security features specifically developed for them.

Our manufacturing sites comply with both the highest quality certifications as well as the tightest international highsecurity standards.

We have increased our investment in patents and our patent portfolio has increased dramatically in recent years.

Corporate Social Responsibility

After the ambitious meetings and agreements made in Paris (COP21) and Marrakech (COP22) related to climate change, Oberthur Fiduciaire decided to be the change that we want to see in the world.

Oberthur Fiduciaire is permanently striving to improve its procedures and products while constantly being aware of its impact on the environment, its consumers and employees, the communities where it operates, its shareholders and suppliers.

To achieve this goal Oberthur Fiduciare in accordance with its historical values: expertise, trust, innovation, respect and integrity, has developed a sustainable management system, EARTH 365, based on international ISO standards and a holistic integrated approach. We are certified ISO 26000.

In partnership with our customers we will develop their specifications to contribute to the implementation of measures consistently in line with human and environmental stakes. Our commitment is not only to meet the requisites but also to go beyond with ambitious social and environmental policies.

Our manufacturing facilities and production sites comply with the highest quality certifications and international highsecurity standards. In 2015, our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 were renewed as well as the ISO 45001.

European Central Bank

Oberthur Fiduciaire at its factory in Rennes, France is accredited by the ECB for printing euro banknotes and manufacturing inks since 2001 and various dates thereafter following Section II of Decision ECB/2013/54. The ECB accreditation has no expiry date, and its continuity is subject to the manufacturer fulfilling the continuing obligations stated in Section IV of the same ECB Decision. If needed, confirmation can be sought from the ECB (email: QEHS.accreditation@ecb.europa.eu).
